What time will my parcel be delivered?
We can give you a very good idea of when you can expect the courier driver will arrive with your parcel. So long as we receive an order by midday 12:00, delivery will take place the next day between business hours 10:00 and 12:00 for major centres only. Out of town deliveries will take longer between 3-5 days. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

 

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You will receive a shipping email which will include a waybill number and a link to track your parcel online.
My parcel is delayed, what should I do?
All our parcel deliveries are done via very reputable third party courier companies. However this means that we cannot influence the working operations of the third-party company.
Unfortunately parcel delays do happen occasionally, however we follow-up with the respective service providers immediately.
If you are unsatisfied in any way with the courier company, please send an email to customerservice@lundun.co.za and we will follow-up the matter up.
Place your Order Number with Delayed in the subject line of the email.

Returns

Receiving or collecting your parcel
Courier companies DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Someone must sign the waybill when receiving the parcel. If you cannot be present at the delivery address a work colleague or member of staff may sign on your behalf. We please ask that someone be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
Returns process
Follow these simple steps for a refund:
1. Obtain a Returns Authorisation number by emailing customerservice@lundun.co.za within 14 days of the date of original invoice with your details (order number, items you wish to return, etc) and we’ll reply with a code number.
2. Securely package item(s) with the issued code number clearly written on the outside of the package in the original packaging (including accompanying paperwork). For your security and peace of mind we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Please ensure that the correct postage is paid at the time of sending. Bondiblu cannot be held responsible for lost or damage packages.
3. Once your return is received and verified, we will email confirmation your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product?
If you received a damaged, defect or incorrect or defect product please send an email to customerservice@lundun.co.za as soon as possible but no later than 7 days after receiving the product. Once we have received the product we will offer you a full refund of the cost of the product. Please understand that we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the damaged or defect product.
