General

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from website www.lundunworld.co.za. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email or mail or telephone with relevant offers. We may also contact you for market research purposes. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying from this website.

We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our Goods and listed prices are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes may happen and we will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as is reasonably possible although we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided.

Data Protection

Payment by debit or credit card will involve searches about you at credit reference agencies who will supply credit information. These agencies may themselves record details of the search whether or not credit is granted.

Purchases

Purchases from www.lundunworld.co.za will be charged the day goods are purchased from the website. Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us.

On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the Goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.

We must receive full payment of the price of the Goods before we can accept any offers.

Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your Goods for despatch. An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order dispatch email which includes details of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance.

All prices and charges on the website are in specified currency at the time of purchase.

Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of VAT and is currently zero rated on sales to customers outside the EU.

Payment by credit & debit cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure and encrypted payment system using the extremely renowned combination of SAGE PAY, ELAVON and TRUSTWARE. Goods are only despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Orders and Contract Information

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when the goods have been despatched. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you, nor at the point in time that you receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by us and may be cancelled by you. If an item is not available we will include details of the unavailable item in the order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract fo a product which is despatched.

 

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel.

If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method and keep the receipt as proof of postage. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

We will fully refund via the payment card used to pay for the goods. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process on receipt of the returned items.

Return Process:

Follow these simple steps for a refund:

Obtain a Returns Authorisation number by emailing customerservice@lundun.co.za within 14 days of the date of original invoice with your details (order number, items you wish to return, etc) and we’ll reply with a code number.

Securely package item(s) with the issued code number clearly written on the outside of the package in the original packaging (including accompanying paperwork). For your security and peace of mind we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Please ensure that the correct postage is paid at the time of sending. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damage packages.

Once your return is received and verified, we will email confirmation your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.or the returned goods

Complaints

If you do have a complaint please email us as soon as possible using our contact us details on the website. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

Financial Complaints – Where complaints related to the consumer credit offer are not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction the customer may have the right to refer their complaint, in writing, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for independent investigation.

Other

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under the terms and conditions in the case of an event outside our reasonable control otherwise known as force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, failure of third party systems or networks, act of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods.

Notices and Disclaimers

We will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website or any financial loss which you may incur as a result of any result of any event beyond our reasonable control.

All intellectual property rights and goodwill relating to the contents of the website belong to us. Our agreement with you is based upon English law.

Language

This information is supplied in English only and we will continue to communicate in this way during your agreement with us.
